"No-quibble" returns policy

If for any reason you decide you do not like your new glasses, return them within 10 days with all the packaging and the reciept and you will recieve a full refund less the cost of the postage.

In the event of a faulty product:

Please check the merchendise on receipt, to check for any faults. Notify us within 48 hours if there are any defects on returns@internetoptician.com . We will then immediately start a re-order of your purchase. Return the original by recorded or special delivery. On reciept we will refund the cost of the postage incurred onto your credit/debit card and send out your new product as soon as it is available. If we are not notified within 48 hours of reciept of the product of any faults we will offer no refund.
