If for any reason you decide you do not like your new glasses or sunglasses, return them within 10 days of receiving them with all the packaging and the receipt and you will receive a full refund less the cost of the postage. This applies to all goods that have not been specifically made for you i.e. it does not apply to prescription lenses. In the event of you wanting to return prescription glasses that have been made up as ordered we will happily refund the cost of the frame but not the cost of the lenses as we will be unable to reuse them. If you selected the "free lenses" option we will deduct a £10.00 handling charge from your refund of a presription lens item.
In the event of a faulty product:
All our frames and lenses are thouroughly checked before despatch but in the the unlikely event of there being a fault on what we have sent you please notify us within 48 hours on returns@internetoptician.com . We will then immediately start a re-order of your purchase. Return the original by recorded or special delivery. On receipt we will refund the cost of the postage incurred onto your credit/debit card and send out your new product as soon as it is available. If we are not notified within 48 hours of reciept of the product of any faults we will offer no refund. Adress for returns:
